Thesis title: A Bench-scale Study of the Effect of Pre-ozonation on Geosmin Removal and Natural Organic Matter from Raw Surface Water in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Research interests: The focus of my research is on ozone and its ability to oxidize geosmin from raw source water. Also being studied is the effect ozone has on natural organic matter and coagulation performance.

About Me: I received my engineering diploma from the NSAC (now DalAC) in 2011 and my bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University in 2013. I started graduate school in January 2014. In my spare time, I like to travel, hike, camp, and run.
